We provide
We provide support and outreach services for adults with learning disabilities and associated health needs, we have built up specialist expertise that enables us to provide quality support to adults with various needs.
Our aim is to support, develop and deliver services that are personalised to the people we support.
We currently provide 24hr support to several supported living houses in Amber Valley and Derbyshire Dales in which with a Learning Disability have individual tenancy agreements.
We also provide a community outreach service to adults to support with becoming more confident, participating in community related activities and maintaining family contacts
