What we do:
We provide support and outreach services for adults with learning disabilities and associated health needs. We have built up specialist expertise that enables us to provide quality support to adults with various needs.
Our aim is to support, develop and deliver services that are personalised to the people we support.

We encourage each individual to reach their potential by delivering specialist person-centred support that enables them to lead a life that is enriching and fulfilling. We believe that people with learning disabilities and associated health needs have a right to expect better choice, more opportunities and respect from those who support them.
Our aim is to enable you to have control of your own life, whilst building important relationships with others.
We would create a personalised support package, where you would have maximum choice, control and power and the flexibility to your changing needs. We recognise your right to independence, individuality and empowerment. We would offer you support to enable you to progress in a variety of ways which includes opportunities of paid/voluntary employment and education
Safeguarding:
We strive to maintain a transparent and open culture where everyone feels safe and able to share concerns. Concerns relating to safeguarding are always listened to and taken seriously. We strive also to enable people who deliver a service to develop their understanding of keeping safe. All staff are trained to a level of competence in understanding safeguarding adults.
Working in partnership
We work in partnership with key agencies to ensure best possible provisions and outcomes in relation to supported living and community outreach as well as working in partnership with the Local Authorities to ensure we achieve best practice. Our aim is for every individual we support to have the opportunity to achieve the best possible outcomes and quality of life.
